This app was born from the observation within our gyms that members were constantly bringing in screen shots of workouts or googling a new workout whenever they came to the gym. People LOVE variety, and we love programming it too.
The workouts include AMRAPs, EMOMs, Challenges, Hypertrophy sessions, Strength Sessions, HIIT, LIIT, Cardio, Time Trials, Max out testing, Stretching, Yoga, Pilates, Home workouts, Park Sprints, Pin weight circuits⦠the list is so long!
Demonstration videos on each exercise.
We wanted to make sure that each exercise has a full demonstration. You will know exactly how to do each exercise and have a written explanation in there too.
Technique is a high priority at QuickFit and making sure that all the videos have been performed and filmed with correct technique with specific queues to take note of, will make you feel confident that you can complete the exercises prescribed.
